Emotional Freedom Tapping, otherwise known as EFT is an alternative therapy for anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and other conditions. According to the developer of EFT, Gary Craig, tapping on different parts of the body helps balance energy and reduce physical and emotional pain.
It’s a 5 step technique that helps you to identify challenging thoughts or emotions that are not positively serving you, and allow you to move through these thoughts or emotions without having to suppress them, ignore them or numb them. This can be deeply healing and empowering for all different types of life’s challenges.
The intended use for EFT is to overcome negative feelings, but Coach Kael has been utilizing it for manifestation purposes for several months now and has seen significant transformations.
